School Age Before and After School Child Care

BEFORE/AFTER SCHOOL SITES & TIMES
Cedar Rapids/Marion: 6:30 a.m. until school begins; after school until 6 p.m.

YMCA/Marion Area (K-6th grade): Programming is provided at Echo Hill School with transportation to and from Wilkins, Novak, Indian Creek, and Westfield.

YMCA/Truman (K-5th grade): Program is at Truman Elementary School.

YMCA/Van Buren (K-5th grade): Care is provided at Van Buren Elementary School.

Before/After School Fee Options
2009 - 2010 School Year

Option 1:  Year Round:  Includes all in-services, early or late starts and Day Camp
*This option available through October 31, 2010 only.*
          Member - $270/month                Non-Member - $290/month
Option 2:  Before and After School:  Includes in-services, early outs or late starts
          Member - $250/month                Non-Member - $270/month
Option 3:  Before and After School:  Excludes in-services, early outs or late starts
          Member - $210/month                Non-Member - $230/month
Option 4:  Before School or After School Only
          Member - $160/month                Non-Member - $180/month
Option 5:  Drop In/Emergency Care: Cannot exceed 10 occurrences per month
           $40 for Full Day                    $20 for Half Day      $15 Before or After

Returning participants pay a $5 registration fee.
New participants pay a $10 registration fee.

The YMCA Child Care program accepts DHS child care assistance payment.  Financial assistance is also available for those who do not qualify for DHS assistance.  Please contact the Child Care Services Director at 366-6421 ext 102 to get more information.  YMCA Before/After School program registration is on a first come/first served basis. Printing of a form does not guarantee a spot in the YMCA Before/After School Program.
